We have extensive experience in the financial sector and property management, and hold real estate licensure, PA HIC license, and project management certification to bring real estate market knowledge, property management, and project delivery best practices to our work.
Recently, we have expanded our scope by partnering with non-profit organizations and local municipalities to tackle abandoned and blighted properties. We use our own funds to finance these projects and are able to turn them around in less than a year, from inception to completion, including the legal aspects of the process.
